Have we had enough of fees and Taxes?
Why do we pay income tax? GST? HST? Bank fees?
When these taxes and charges were introduced we had immediate needs. World Wars were going on.
Now we pay because we have always paid…..WELL PEOPLE this is not a good enough answer for me.
How about you?
We must hold our elected officials accountable. We must pay attention to these dysfunctional ways organizations cipher money from us and have no measurements for success or failure. Everything that involves an institution asking for fees or taxes must have a quantitative performance metric attached. If the value is not being achieved we change it.
Think about what you have in your control today that you can introduce a quantifiable measurement. For 30 days see what happens with the performance of what you decide to measure.

Value
Value
Value=Worth (Wikipedia)
This little word is why we buy. Why we engage with others. If we don’t perceive value we do not accept a transaction.
So why do we struggle with providing value for our customers?
Maybe because we don’t want to take the time to let your customers know how much you care….?
How much you appreciate their loyalty and commitment to your brand or service?
So now with Social Media tools we can listen, engage, and share all the time.
Do you think this will help develop a stronger relationship with your customers?
What do you think your competitors are doing right now…?
Many loyalty and customer service programs were started back when we did not realize how precious each customer can be to our business and showing your gratitude every day should be a regular occurrence.
Think about your favourite restaurant and why you keep going back….?
They make you feel special. They have taken the time to learn how you want things and provide you exactly the way you want them.
Simple!
Go out and show potential customers or your existing customers that you care! Don’t just say it show it by doing some type of action.
